Commercial Energy Audits & Upgrades
Advanced Home Energy has experience providing energy assessments and energy efficiency upgrades for a wide of commercial, government and other unique buildings. AHE was selectively chosen from an RFP by Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBNL) to provide best-practice expertise and energy upgrade construction for two multi-unit apartments buildings, located in Richmond and Fresno, CA. In conjunction with LBNL staff who did technical tests and analysis, AHE made recommendations for cost-effective energy upgrades and then implemented the upgrades on twelve apartments.

Our full time employees include Building Performance Institute (BPI) Certified energy auditors, a BPI certified construction manager, professional insulation installers, HVAC professionals with over ten years experience, and a Green Point Existing Building and New Building Rater. We also have experience installing windows, french drains, radiant floor heating, smart or learning thermostats and other building performance related measures improve the power efficiency of your building.
