Our consulting team has diverse experience ranging from construction to business management. Our goal is to provide hands-on and tangible support that can be immediately implemented to help build and strengthen your business. 1. Home Performance Testing Ride-Along.
Join our Technician on a full day of testing and diagnosing a client’s home. This will be a real client of ours and you will work side-by-side in setting up equipment, diagnosing issues, using Home Perform to gather data, doing a take-off design with WrightSoft, and generating a report. This is typically a 6-8 hour day.
2. Field Crew Ride-Along.
Receive in-field training on various elements of home performance work: air sealing, insulating, duct sealing, etc. This can also be a combination of hands-on training in our warehouse with in-field ride-along.
3. Business Consulting.
We can offer support on numerous fronts based on our proven industry track-record. Some possible areas include:
• Strategic planning: business plan, implementation plan,
• Marketing: marketing plan, collateral development, website development
• Finance: financial analysis, setting-up Quick Books
• Operations: operation manual, time and materials tracking, field forms
Pricing
We reserve the right to change our price schedule based on the project size and requirements. Typically, we prefer training and consulting projects that are at least a full day.
